SautiCast 2

Terms, acceptable use & platform rules

These policies govern access to and use of the SautiCast 2 service operated by Onawa Systems Africa LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the website, requesting a station, creating an account, or streaming content through our infrastructure, you agree to the terms below.

This page is for clear operational rules—it is not personalised legal advice. Stations and users remain responsible for compliance with the law in their own countries.

Service role

SautiCast 2 provides technical hosting and software for internet radio: ingest, distribution, metadata, player experiences, and related administration tools.

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, we do not programme stations, select music, or act as broadcaster. Each station operator remains responsible for their own content and regulatory obligations.

Station operators

  • You must provide accurate information in station applications and keep contact details current.
  • You represent that you hold—or will obtain before going on air—any broadcast licences, music rights, and other permissions required where you operate.
  • You must not use the platform to infringe copyright, defame others, distribute malware, commit fraud, or break applicable law.
  • We may suspend or terminate access that creates legal risk, technical harm, or abuse of the service or other users.

Copyright & takedowns

Rights-holders and affected parties can submit a structured notice via our Copyright / Takedown process. We review submissions in line with these policies and applicable law.

False or abusive notices may result in rejection and, where appropriate, restrictions on further submissions.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for credentials, API tokens, and any activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access so we can help secure the account where reasonably possible.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your choices.

Changes & contact

We may update these policies to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version, except where the law requires separate consent.

For policy questions, use the contact channels published on this site or those provided in your onboarding or support correspondence.
