Copyright & Broadcast Takedown Request
Report unlicensed broadcasting, copyright or neighbouring-rights issues, or other regulatory breaches by a SautiCast station—under national law in your country and East African practice. Fields marked * are required.
Notice. We act under our policies and applicable law. This is not legal advice—get local counsel if you are unsure.
Before You Begin

Rights are governed by national law. Act in good faith. False or misleading information can mean criminal or civil liability where you are.
A takedown has serious effects. Verify the facts and, if needed, ask a lawyer or rights adviser in your country before filing.
You must be the rights holder, a regulator, an empowered CMO/collecting society, or their authorised representative.
If you can, reach the station operator first (site or stream page). Optional, but often quickest.
A competent person should check each notice. Bulk or bot-driven complaints are often wrong and hurt legitimate stations.
The broadcaster may dispute your notice. We may restore content in 10–14 business days unless you show court or binding proceedings have started.
We aim to reply within 5–10 business days. Urgent government requests go first.
